RealMoment.ai is primarily a business tool for agencies and businesses. If you upload content about another person or client, you are responsible for giving them any required notices and getting any required permissions.

We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the service, and information from service providers that help us operate the product.

• Account information, such as name, email, authentication details, workspace details, and account settings.
• Customer content, such as uploaded photos, logos, prompts, ad copy, brand inputs, client workspace names, generated outputs, and exported creative.
• Billing information, such as plan, credits, invoices, payment status, billing email, and payment-method references handled by our payment processor.
• Usage and device information, such as generation requests, credit usage, feature events, logs, IP address, browser type, approximate location, timestamps, errors, and security signals.

We use information to provide and improve RealMoment.ai, process generation requests, manage accounts, maintain billing, prevent abuse, secure the service, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with users.

When you ask RealMoment.ai to analyze or generate creative, uploaded photos, prompts, metadata, and related instructions may be sent to AI infrastructure providers and workflow providers so they can process the request and return outputs.

We do not sell uploaded photos or generated outputs. We do not use customer content to train foundation models unless you separately agree or ask us to do so. We may review limited content where needed for support, safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or debugging.

We share information with vendors and service providers that help us run RealMoment.ai, including hosting, storage, authentication, payment, workflow, AI generation, analytics, email, support, and security providers. They process information for us under their own security and contractual controls.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, in connection with a merger or sale, with your direction or consent, or with administrators in your workspace.

Payment details are processed by our payment processor. RealMoment.ai does not store full card numbers. We receive information needed to manage billing, such as customer identifiers, payment status, plan, renewal dates, invoices, and limited card metadata.

No online service is perfectly secure. You are responsible for using strong passwords, limiting workspace access, protecting client permissions, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or limit certain processing of personal information. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or lodge a complaint with a regulator.

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are used in some U.S. state privacy laws. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide required choices.

RealMoment.ai is not directed to children and is not intended for users under 18. Do not upload images or personal information of children unless you have all required legal authority and written consent for the intended use.

If you use RealMoment.ai for clients, you are responsible for your own privacy notices, client contracts, advertising approvals, and permissions for the source materials you upload. RealMoment.ai acts as a service provider for many customer-content workflows, but your specific legal role may depend on your contracts and data use.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, vendors, laws, or business practices change. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. The updated policy will apply from the posted effective date.
